I have a large open concept home and the entry front stairwell dining room and living room are one big room. I want to keep my existing furniture and the large print but otherwise i m open to ideas. I thought about flipping the two spaces however a dining room would then block the doors to the office. At the same time keeping a house in pristine guest condition 24 7 is unrealistic.
