The isolate is slightly better than the gold standard as it is straight isolate without concentrates and digests a bit faster plus it s 30 gr protein not 22 like the one in my link or 24 like on gold standard.
I am thinking of just getting the impact whey since i am mainly going for mass and not on a huge cut now although i would like to lose some tummy fat 20 bucks more for isolate doesn t seem worth it.
